Your Account
- To enrol in a course, you must provide accurate details and create an account.
- Keep your login information safe. You’re responsible for any activity under your account.
- Let us know immediately if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.
Payments and Refunds
- Full payment confirms your place on the course.
- You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you haven’t accessed the course materials.
- Refunds won’t be given after you’ve made significant progress in the course.

Price Match Guarantee
We are committed to offering the best value. If you find an identical course from another provider at a lower price, let us know, and we’ll match it.
- The course must be identical in content, level, and support.
- Price match requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.

Course Access and Materials
- You’ll get access to your course materials after payment. These are for your personal use only.
- Sharing, copying, or selling course materials is not allowed.
- We may update course content to keep it relevant and accurate
Tutor Support
- Tutor support is available during your course.
- We aim to respond to all queries within 48 hours during business days.
Behaviour and Conduct
- Please treat other learners, tutors, and our team with respect.
- Offensive behaviour or misuse of our services will result in removal from the course without a refund.
Our Responsibility
- We work hard to provide uninterrupted access, but we aren’t responsible for issues beyond our control (e.g., internet problems).
- We can’t guarantee specific outcomes or career success from completing a course.
